Meet our Founder
Heather Beaty
With 26 years of teaching experience in grades K–8, I am a dedicated educator, reading interventionist, and instructional leader committed to helping every child thrive. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, am TESOL endorsed, and have achieved National Board Certification in Literacy: Language Arts and Reading for Early to Middle Childhood (ages 3–12). As a Highly Qualified Level 3A instructional leader, I have spent my career strengthening literacy, building confident learners, and creating classrooms that hold students to high standards and expectations.
